Signs and symptoms
Hepatitis is a virus that inflames the liver. There are several viruses that can cause hepatitis, these include hepatitis A, B and C. Hepatitis B is much easier to get than HIV and can cause permanent liver disease and cancer. Most people have no obvious symptoms and there is no known cure.
